- If you're a deferred member or pensioner please submit your email address using the form below.
- If you're an active member, you are already registered to receive electronic pension communication, but if you would like to update your email address please fill out this form.
If you decide not to provide your email address, you will only receive statutory unbranded printed communication from August 2015.
If you provide your email address but later decide that you no longer want to receive electronic communications, you can opt-out by writing to the Trustee at: Bayer Plc, 400 South Oak Way, Green Park, Reading, Berkshire RG2 6AD. Please note if you do opt-out you will only receive statutory unbranded printed communication.
* You will continue to receive information which is personal to you, such as benefit statements, in the current paper format.
